The Palms of Islamorada, located at Mile Marker 79.9, is conveniently located between Bud and Mary's Marina and The Hampton Inn. You'll love being able to walk to Lazy Day's Restaurant for a fabulous fish dinner or Outback for a more causaul dining experience. The Palms offers a heated swimming pool, hot tub, shaded or open oceanfront lounge areas, exercise room, community room and friendly neighbors. Bedding is CA King, Queen, Queen, Full futon, and Twin Futon. Vacation Rental Details: Rent is $5500 to $7200/month depending on the season. Additional fees include: $250 exit cleaning fee; $100 processing fee; $69 accidental damage insurance; 12.5% state and local taxes. A refundable security deposit of $1000 is required. Utility Caps/Mo: There is a cap on the utilities of $100 for water and $250 for electricity. The owner pays up to this amount. If there is an overage, the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided. Please ask us about Travel Insurance.
