Queen 1st Floor
The queen suite on the first floor is the most economical ocean front choice. Approximately 450 square feet, the queen suite is the smallest unit on the ocean front. The view from the first floor is limited to the horizon view of the ocean with natural sand dunes rising up. In some units you may see mostly sand dunes. Some guests prefer the 1st floor because you can usually see a little bit of the water, but you don't have to see the people at the beach. Some queen suites lead out from the patio to the pool deck.
